Client Voice

Every client sounds like themselves — not like your last draft.

Client Voice is a per-project writing profile. You teach TopicalLoop how this client writes. Future drafts in Content Studio, Autopilot and Refresh follow that profile — then Quality Gate scores voice on its own, separate from facts.

Style that stays on-brand, project by project

Agencies do not need another generic writer. They need retainable client content — recognisable voice, locked terms, and no leakage across the roster.

Isolated per client site

One profile per project. Writing examples are never pooled across clients. One client’s voice is never used to train or improve another.

Rules the team can lock

Set audience, formality, we / you / I, and UK / US / Dutch spelling. Add Always / Never rules and preferred or banned terms.

Checked before publish

Quality Gate scores Brand Voice as its own category. Editors can one-click Rewrite when a draft drifts. Voice does not override safety, facts or SEO quality.

How agencies set it up

Open the client project, teach the profile, test it, then leave it on. New drafts pick it up automatically.

Style examples are never used as factual sources. This is structured style learning — not a custom model per client.

Frequently asked questions

Is Client Voice a custom model per client?

No. It is a structured writing profile — audience, formality, perspective, spelling locale, examples, Always / Never rules and locked terms. TopicalLoop does not fine-tune a separate LLM per client, and one client’s writing is never used to train or improve another.

Where is Client Voice applied?

Once activated, new drafts in Content Studio, Autopilot and Content Refresh pick up the profile automatically. Quality Gate scores Brand Voice as its own category. Editors can one-click Rewrite when a draft drifts.

Can a strong voice score hide thin or weak content?

No. Product hierarchy is safety and facts, then SEO quality, then the current instruction, then voice rules, then inferred style. A high Brand Voice score cannot rescue thin or factually weak content.

Are uploaded articles used as factual sources?

No. Uploaded or imported articles are style examples only. They are never treated as factual sources.
